Payment and Registration

Fill out the required information on the Club Xtreme APP. You only need to register once! You will also have the opportunity to digitally sign the Player/Parent Agreement electronically.

Below you will find payment detail options.

PAYMENT POLICY

– We understand that if your daughter incurs an injury, becomes critically ill, or is dismissed from the club at any time during the club volleyball season that I remain liable for my total club season dues.  Any outstanding fees and dues will be due within five (5) days of my daughter’s termination/departure from the club; however, you will still be responsible for membership balance. 
– Each player must pay the deposit in order to confirm their position on their team. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE as is all club payments thereafter. Club Xtreme will NOT refund any payments.
– If any payments are late or in default, my daughter will not be allowed to attend any practices or tournaments until payment is made. I will also be held liable for any and all attorney, court and administrative costs associated with the collection of unpaid fees.
